What you pay for
MaxiMoney is free to install and free to use for your money check. You pay ₹199 once to open your full report. That is the only thing we charge for.
It is a one-time payment, not a subscription. We do not bill you again, we take no standing instruction on your bank account or card, and your access to the report does not expire.
The ₹199 includes GST. There is nothing to add at checkout.
We do not issue a tax invoice for the ₹199. Your payment confirmation comes from Razorpay, who take the payment for us.
There is nothing to cancel
Because there is no subscription, there is nothing to cancel and nothing to turn off. If you no longer want to use MaxiMoney, you can close your account at any time: in the app, tap your initials and then Close my account. Closing your account does not refund a payment, and asking for a refund does not close your account — they are separate.
To have your data erased as well, follow Delete your account and data.
When you can get a refund
You can ask for a refund at any time before your full report is generated. Once it is generated, the ₹199 is not refundable.
Your report is generated the moment you first open it — when you tap to see your full report and it appears on your screen. That is the line. It is not when you pay, and it is not when you download or share anything: paying only unlocks the report, and you can pay and not open it.
So:
- You paid but have not opened your report yet — ask us, and we refund you in full.
- You have opened your report — it is not refundable. The report is the thing you bought, and once it is made it is yours to keep: your access never expires, and we do not charge you again.
We keep the date and time your report was generated, so there is never any doubt about which side of the line a request falls on. If you think ours is wrong, say so and we will look.
How to ask
Write to support@maximoney.in from the e-mail address you use, or give the mobile number you signed in with, and tell us what happened. We answer every request.
If you paid and got nothing
If you paid and no report could be made for you, you get your money back. That is not a discretionary refund and the rule above does not apply to it, because nothing was generated.
This can happen if we could not read enough about your money to build a report — for example, if no information source was connected. The app will tell you so rather than showing you an empty report.
Write to us and we will refund you in full.
Where a payment was taken in error — you were charged twice, or charged and given no access — tell us and we refund it in full. That is not a discretionary refund; it is a payment we should not have taken.
If you paid on an iPhone
On an iPhone, as on an Android phone and in a browser, the payment is taken by Razorpay on our behalf, and the refund comes from us, by the route above. On an iPhone the ₹199 books a call with our loan specialist, and your full report is included.
How long it takes
We reply within 2 working days.
Where a refund is agreed, the money goes back by the same route you paid, which is the only route Razorpay allows. Banks usually take five to seven working days to show it.
