We're building India's personal finance co-pilot — small team, real customers, real savings. Open roles below.
MaxiMoney is a small team building the personal finance co-pilot India never had. We are independent of the banks, paid by our customers, and intentionally small — every hire is meant to be there 5 years from now, not 5 months. If helping Indians make better finance decisions sounds like your kind of problem, here is what we are looking for today.

Full-timeDelhi NCR / Remote-friendlySecurity-first role
Why this role exists
We handle some of the most sensitive personal data in Indian fintech — credit bureau reports, PAN, loan and payment histories. That demands a genuinely robust security layer, not a checkbox one. And with the DPDP Act coming into force, we need to be absolutely sure of our data posture — residency, consent, retention, erasure — at the infrastructure level. You will own that.
Build the security layer around PII: encryption at rest and in transit, secrets management, least-privilege access control, audit trails, key rotation.
Drive DPDP Act readiness: India data residency by default, consent-linked data flows, retention schedules, verifiable erasure, breach-response runbooks.
Set up monitoring, alerting and incident response — you'll know something is wrong before a customer does.
Harden CI/CD: signed releases, environment isolation, zero secrets in code, reproducible builds.
Own backups and disaster recovery, and test them (an untested backup is a rumour).
Run periodic access reviews and coordinate external security audits / VAPT.
Who you are
3–7 years in DevOps / SRE / platform engineering, with at least one role where security was yours, not someone else's.
Hands-on with Postgres, serverless/cloud-native stacks, IAM, and network security fundamentals.
You can explain the DPDP Act's engineering implications in plain language — or you're the kind of person who will read the Act this weekend.
Paranoid by default, pragmatic in practice. You log everything and trust nothing.
Full-timeDelhi · in-officeWorks directly with both co-founders
Why this role exists
MaxiMoney runs a lot of workstreams for a small company — lender partnerships, ops, compliance, finance, analytics, customer escalations — and the founders can't spend time everywhere. The Founder's Office is the person who picks up whichever workstream matters most this month, drives it to done, and hands it back better than they found it. The mission underneath all of it: help Indians make better finance decisions.
What you'll do day-to-day
Own 2–3 rotating workstreams at any time: a lender partnership going live, a compliance filing, a pricing analysis, an ops process that needs rebuilding.
Build the models and memos decisions get made on — unit economics, cohort analyses, market sizing, board-ready material.
Sit in every important room: bank negotiations, investor conversations, product reviews.
Turn founder intent into shipped outcomes — coordinate across ops, tech and external partners without waiting to be chased.
Be the escalation point when a customer file or a partner relationship needs judgment, not a script.
Who you are
CA or ex-consulting (or equivalent analytical training) with 2–6 years of experience.
Spreadsheet-fluent and slide-literate, but happiest when the model turns into a decision and the decision turns into action.
Comfortable with ambiguity — you'd rather own an unscoped problem than execute a scoped ticket.
Low ego, high ownership. You'll work two desks from the founders and your work will be visible immediately.
Our product finds people real money — the job is making sure India hears about it, and that every user who signs up keeps getting value. You will build the content-and-automation machine: search, AI-search, faceless social channels, and lifecycle campaigns — measured, automated, compounding.
What you'll do day-to-day
Create content across formats — articles, scripts, creatives — on EMIs, credit scores, savings and taxes that people actually search for.
Automate SEO, GEO and AEO (generative & answer-engine optimisation) — make MaxiMoney the answer when someone asks Google, ChatGPT or Perplexity how to lower their EMI.
Build and run faceless YouTube and Instagram channels — scripted, produced and published on a pipeline, not on inspiration.
Design drip marketing campaigns across WhatsApp, email and push for our users — onboarding journeys, savings nudges, renewal and win-back flows.
Own user retention — cohort retention, churn and reactivation are your numbers.
Instrument everything: every campaign measured, every funnel attributed, every experiment written down.
Who you are
2–5 years in growth / content / lifecycle marketing, with proof you've automated something that ran without you.
Fluent with automation tooling (n8n / Zapier / Make or code), CRM & messaging platforms, and analytics.
You understand how AI is changing search — and you'd rather exploit it than be disrupted by it.
Hindi + English content instincts; you write copy people don't skip.
We hire opportunistically when we meet someone exceptional. If you have built or grown a financial product, run partnerships, written banking-grade compliance, or shipped consumer-facing software at India scale — write to us anyway.
